When you make your appointment with our office, the time we give you is the exact time you’ll need to arrive. In fact, we schedule time for you to complete all required paperwork as well as time with Dr. Sack. So, there is no need to arrive early for your visit.
You will need to bring your driver's license or a government issued I.D., and a list of any medications that you regularly take. We will make copies of these documents for your file.
After you complete your paperwork, you will be brought back to the Exam/X-ray room. Then, Dr. Sack will go over the reason for your visit with you, as well as any past history pertaining to your visit. If Dr. Sack thinks that this is a problem that Chiropractic can help then he will do his best to help you.
If at any time during your history consultation Dr. Sack thinks your condition requires another specialist, he will make a referral recommendation. Our commitment to you is, "if we don't think we can help you we will try to find someone who can." Since we will not be able to accept you as a patient then this visit will be considered a no charge consultation. There is never a charge to just talk to the doctor.
Following your consult, Dr. Sack will complete your examination and take any X-Rays that are clinically indicated. Many patients comment that it is the most thorough exam that they have received. Once all the necessary tests have been done to make sure that Chiropractic is safe and appropriate for you, we will be able to accept you as a patient and begin your treatment.
We recommend that you allow two hours of your time to be here on your first visit. We do our best to be thorough and that requires time. Follow up visits can range from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the care you require.
