Regular Visit

It is important to know that follow up visits are not as long as the initial one can be. Depending on your treatment plan, your regular visits can range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes in length.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We understand that life can be hectic and at times unforeseen  circumstances or events do happen. It is very important if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment that you call us. This way, we are in communication and you will still make progress by keeping to your treatment plan.
